Les cinq cartes Abzan Ascendancy, Jeskai Ascendancy, Sultai Ascendancy, Mardu Ascendancy et Temur Ascendancy, de l'édition Khans of Tarkir, forment un cycle appelé "Ascendancy" d'enchantements tricolores.
Ce cycle a inspiré un cycle similaire, paru dans l'édition Streets of New Capenna (voir cette anecdote).
